Have you tried the best ever chicken enchilada recipe yet?Creamy, cheesy, spicy, YUM.
Sidenote: while snapping this photo with my fabulous new Nikon D3000 {thanks to my amazing husband}, Chloe kindly informed me that my "shooting" on the stovetop is [quote:] "getting a little old." I'll try to start branching out.

Lol, don't you just love the "tween" input.
Looks yummy... I must try it!
I have :) several times in fact! I loved them that much.
Only problem is, ours haven't come out even close to the ones that were made at Megan's. Tear.
Heather - you read my mind! I've been craving for these for weeks. I think I'll try it for dinner tomorrow. Thank you (and Megan)!
Made them. Love them. Sarah is so right... they do not taste as good as they did at Megan's. Maybe Kansas sour cream is better?
Need another try tomorrow night perhaps?
This is one of my favorite recipes of hers! It's soo good! Although yours looks better than mine turned out!
Yum!!! I know what we are having for dinner tonight! Thanks for sharing!
SO excited about your new camera!
And oh Chloe. So funny. The funny part is I could hear that coming out of her mouth when she was 5, let alone now. :)
Hooray for a new camera!!! YAY!
And, I must try that recipe. Meg has the best recipes!
Chloe cracks me up!! Those look so much better than the Lean Cuisine chicken enchilada I had for lunch!
I got the D3000 from my fabulous husband as well.
I still need to learn how to use it, but the amazing part is that even though I don't know all about it, it still takes amazing pictures!
Love your blog!
these look delicious!
YUM is right!
Mmmm, these look good :) I need to make them soon!
And thanks for the sweet comment on Smashed Peas & Carrots too!!
