My recent many hours on the computer has finally caught up with me! Last night, Chloe {aka the Princess of Sarcasm} walked in from playing outside and marched straight to the computer. I was supposed to have been making dinner but instead was returning emails & crunching numbers. Rather than a salad spinner, a keyboard was at my fingertips.

"So... what are we having for dinner tonight?... computer keys?"

Thank you to my family for being so supportive during these past few weeks. Coordinating a benefit sale for another deserving family was totally worth it. But now it's time to take a break and spend some quality time with my husband and kids, who I am so thankful for. Oh, and someone is turning two next week! A party-preppin' weekend is my kinda weekend!

See you Monday!

For years I have heard mothers lament the fact that they cannot seem to balance the many areas of their life - husband, kids, cooking, cleaning, etc. Everytime someone tells me that now, I want to point them to your blog. You amaze me every day with the effort and creativity and love that you pour in to all things that you are passionate about. I bet your husband feels like a very lucky man, and, though they may be too young at this point, your kids will assuredly realize how wonderfully fantastic their mother is soon. You are incredible and I truly hope I can have a tiny ounce of you in my pinky come fall when I add motherhood to my life. :)
