Cookies with Cam-Cam

{1. gather necessary tools}

{2. keep dry ingredients in the bowl...}

{...or not}

{3. wait for 'buzzer'- a long & grumpy process}

{4. rush cooling time by blowing}

{5. give in to temptation, despite temperature}

{6. sample one bite of each & wash down with juice box}

Mini Chocolate Chip
Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients:
one stick unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup organic sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
one egg
1/4 cup organic yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
one cup w.w. flour
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons a.p. flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup organic dried cranberries

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter & sugars until light & fluffy. Add yogurt, egg, and vanilla; beat until smooth.
2. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to creamy mixture; beat until just combined.
3. Fold in chocolate chips & cranberries. Spoon onto silicone-lined baking sheets, using 2 teaspoons or so per cookie.
4. Bake 9-11 minutes; cool on wire rack. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
