$12 Dinners: Night Two

Chunky Chicken Chili

You'll need:
*Night One's leftover chicken
*this prepared chili recipe, cut in half, with turkey & beef omitted

Divide prepared meatless chili, reserving half for Night Three. To the other half (still on the stove), add shredded chicken and heat through. I served this over whole grain brown rice {try Trader Joe's frozen brown rice which is ready in 3 minutes!}.

yeah, I was waiting to see if you would post this tonight. I just might have a hard time with some of the veggies with my kids... I will have to substitute it with others.
