Cookie Monday!

Well, Candy Monday...
As if we don't have enough candy in the house right now, I decided I needed to try
Ina's new recipe for Fleur de Sel Caramels.

oooooey, gooooey,
melt-in-your-mouth goodness!

This caramel would be perfect for dipping sliced apples, as it remains pretty creamy. You can substitute the fleur de sel with sea salt (much more budget friendly), and you should have every ingredient on hand. So they're free and quick to whip up when you need a treat.

How did I enjoy such a treat?!

Melted in my TAZO Organic Apple Red Tea!
(Yes, that's a dallop of fresh whipped cream atop.)

Fall in a cup.
